1. How long is the processing stage? Processing starts 24-48 hours hours after your order has been placed if it was placed between Monday-Thursday. Orders placed between Friday-Sunday will be processed on Monday.
2. How long is processing? Processing is 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).
3. I made a mistake with my order, can I change it? Once an order is placed and processed, we are not able to make changes to it. If it has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel or change your order so that you may place a new order with the correct items. Please email us at email@example.com for more help.
Shipping & Receiving
1. How will I know when my order has shipped? Once a label is created for your order, you will receive an email that has your tracking number.
2. When will my tracking number update? 24-48 hours
3. How long is delivery? 2-5 business days for small orders and 3-7 business days for larger orders.
4. How long does delivery take outside of the U.S.? Orders outside the U.S. can take up to 5-17 business days due to customs clearance.
5. My package says it has been delivered but I do not have it. What should I do? Contact USPS with your tracking number for more information. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
