There are No Exchanges/Returns on any of the products that we sell unless the item you receive is the wrong item.
No refunds or exchanges, all sales are final.

- Any questions regarding a order, please EMAIL or TEXT us with your first name, last name, and order number.
- If your package is LOST, STOLEN, ARRIVING LATE OR DAMAGED while being transported from one faculty to another, WE WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE and you will need to contact your local post office.
- If your ORDER were to be sent back due to you checking out with the WRONG shipping address, you would be responsible for paying a $5 RE-SHIP FEE.
Returns & Exchanges
1. What is my return policy? Sunglasses, Accessories, and Swimwear are non-returnable.
2. What if my package I received in the mail was damaged? Please email pictures of the damaged item or items, your order#, and first and last name to email@example.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
*** Refunds do include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
